Boys at the Back are a four-piece band from Meanjin (Brisbane), Australia. Young, dumb, and having stupid fun — they've been making noise since 2018 with no signs of slowing down.
Their music sits somewhere between the raw energy of garage punk and the irreverence of hip-hop, delivered with the kind of conviction that comes from not caring what anyone thinks. BATB write about the mundane, the absurd, and the bits of life that fall through the cracks.
Known for chaotic live shows and a refusal to play it safe, they've built a devoted following on the Brisbane circuit and are now ready to take things further.
